This weekend, far-left activists across the nation—including a local group calling itself Indivisible Joplin—will try to flood the streets under the false banner of “protecting democracy.” But let’s call it what it is: a protest for open borders, lawlessness, and radical ideology. It’s a rally designed to defend illegal immigration, smear President Trump for standing up for American values, and attack anyone who dares to put America or Americans first. That is why they call it a “Day of Defiance”!

The event, deceptively titled “NO KINGS,” is set for Saturday from 12 to 3 PM at 7th and Rangeline in Joplin. Organizers claim they’re opposing “authoritarianism”—but what they really oppose is a president who defied the D.C. establishment, empowered everyday Americans, and upheld the Constitution they claim to champion.

Let’s Set the Record Straight

This protest isn’t about preserving our Republic. It’s about demonizing a president who returned power to the people, reinforced constitutional values, and fought for American workers and families.

Trump Is No King—He Fought the Kings of Bureaucracy

Contrary to left-wing talking points, President Trump Isn’t rule like a king—he governs through one of the most combative and transparent presidencies in history. Kings aren’t impeached. Kings don’t battle Congress or face Supreme Court scrutiny. Trump had to fight for every accomplishment: border security, tax cuts, voter integrity, energy independence, and deregulation—often while being sabotaged by unelected bureaucrats and a few far-left members of his own party.

He has restored the 10th Amendment, cut federal overreach, and slashed red tape strangling small businesses. He has been defending religious freedom, the Second Amendment, and appointed constitutionalist judges—not to consolidate power, but to return it where it belongs: to the people. That’s not tyranny—that’s leadership rooted in America’s founding principles.

If anything, President Trump has stood as a barrier to real authoritarianism: the kind imposed by unelected agencies, activist mobs, and ideological mandates enforced through cultural pressure and, at times, violence.

Who is Indivisible Joplin?

The protest is organized by Indivisible Joplin, a local branch of a national progressive group formed after Trump’s 2016 election, composed mostly of far-left radical democrats, with alleged ties to MoveOn.Org and National Socialists of America, and who have focused in the past on an agenda that brought us “Defund the Police,” DEI mandates, and policies that try to divide Americans by focusing on race, gender, and ideology.

These groups have not sought justice—they sought chaos. They demonized police and law enforcement agencies like ICE, undermined institutions, and injected fringe ideology into our schools, community, Joplin City Government, and courtrooms. Their playbook hasn’t changed—only the name on the cover.

WHAT WE SHOULD BE CELEBRATING THIS WEEKEND: Flag Day, Army’s Birthday Milestone, and Father’s Day— Sadly, Our Local Media has Overshadowed it with this ‘No King’s Day’

While our community celebrates Flag Day, the 250th birthday of the U.S. Army, and Father’s Day, local media outlets like KOAM News Now, KSN 16, and others are busy amplifying these anti-Trump protests, which fill their facebook pages! They’ve offered wall-to-wall coverage of “NO KINGS” while virtually ignoring these patriotic and all-important milestones that start tomorrow.

Worse, they’ve echoed baseless claims accusing President Trump of organizing a “$100 million taxpayer-funded parade”—conveniently and massively inflating false figures for soundbites and to stir up anger and division, and leaving out or burying that the event is a historic celebration of the U.S. Army’s founding in 1775. Honoring our military and our flag should be a unifying moment. But for leftist media, patriotism often takes a back seat to radical political agendas.

Missourians Stand for Law and Order

Governor Mike Kehoe has wisely mobilized the Missouri National Guard to ensure peace in case the protests follow the violent pattern we’ve seen from similar left-wing demonstrations. As Senator Jill Carter put it:

“No one has the right to destroy businesses, injure law enforcement or incite chaos… We will protect your families. We will protect your businesses. We will never surrender our state to violence.”

We remember 2020. We remember what these groups are capable of when unchecked. This time, Missouri is prepared.

Conclusion: A Protest Against the People—Not Just a President

Don’t be fooled by slogans like “NO KINGS.” This isn’t a stand for democracy—it’s an attack on it. It’s a movement to replace American values with a globalist, top-down, divisive agenda. It is an attack on law abiding, God fearing Americans, while promoting division, chaos, hate, and marxist ideals!

President Trump isn’t acting like a king. He’s doing what few modern leaders have: defending liberty, returning power to the people, and honoring the Constitution.

While Trump celebrates the Army, the flag, and fathers—Indivisible Joplin , like many radical leftists will be yelling on street corners, trying to divide Americans. They claim to stand for democracy, but their actions reveal their true aim…

Stirring hate and division, as well as, dismantling the very values that truly make America great for those who are born here, those who LEGALLY immigrate here, and for the safety and security of our allies around the world.

Meanwhile, I have had a few ask me what they should do tomorrow… counter protest? My answer is simple… Ignore them! Celebrate Saturday by watching the parade in D.C. that celebrates the Army’s 250th birthday! (that is what they don’t want you to do) Thank veterans in your family, your neighborhood, etc.! Fly your American Flag proudly! On Sunday, celebrate the dad in your life! Take him fishing, play a puzzle, play a game, or go to a movie and dinner! Do what Makes America Great… Celebrate our God, family, freedom, and our incredible nation, and let law enforcement do what they do best… Deal with any law breakers, without anyone getting in their way!

Happy Birthday to our Army… Happy Flag Day… and Happy Fathers Day to dads everywhere!

God Bless our troops and their families… God bless our families… God bless President Trump… and God bless America!
