In a desperate attempt to distract from their own policy disasters, the Democratic Party and their loyal media allies have dusted off an old conspiracy theory to vilify President Donald Trump. With inflation out of control, cities overrun by crime, the border in chaos, and foreign adversaries emboldened, Democrats are once again trying to make Jeffrey Epstein’s scandal their top political issue. But the facts don’t support their narrative—if anything, the latest revelations further exonerate President Trump and expose the hypocrisy and manipulation of the very Democrats pretending to seek justice.
A recently resurfaced transcript from the late Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most well-known accusers, directly contradicts claims that Trump was ever involved with Epstein’s illicit behavior. Under oath, Giuffre testified that she never saw Donald Trump with Jeffrey Epstein, never saw him at Epstein’s homes in New York, New Mexico, or the infamous island, and that Trump never flirted with her or made any sexual advances. These are sworn statements from someone intimately familiar with Epstein’s operations—and the same media and Democrat Party that once took her word as gospel are now pretending her testimony doesn’t exist because it doesn’t fit their smear campaign.
Meanwhile, the Trump administration did more than just talk. It took legal action to push for transparency in the Epstein case. In 2023, federal prosecutors under Trump’s direction filed motions urging U.S. District Judges Richard Berman and Paul Engelmayer to unseal grand jury records and witness transcripts from both the Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell cases. The Justice Department argued that doing so was in the public interest, especially given the intense scrutiny of how the federal government handled the matter.
Contrast that with the behavior of the Democrats—the very people who now pretend to be outraged. The so-called “Epstein files” weren’t buried for four years—they were buried for over a decade, across multiple presidential administrations. The Obama administration had ample opportunity to investigate and release Epstein-related records. It didn’t. The Bush administration looked the other way as Epstein struck sweetheart plea deals. The Biden administration—despite all its “woke” posturing—showed zero initiative in reopening the Epstein investigation or declassifying any related documents.
And now? Now they scream that if Trump doesn’t release a “client list,” he’s hiding something. But here’s the truth: Many legal experts, including attorneys directly involved in the case, have stated that no such comprehensive client list exists. It was a myth fed by social media echo chambers, not supported by court records. The idea that Trump is obstructing justice by not producing a document that likely doesn’t exist is not only misleading—it’s dishonest political warfare.
It’s a classic bait-and-switch. Democrats have nothing to run on: their policies have led to record inflation, lawlessness, a mental health crisis among youth, and unprecedented border failures. So instead of answering for their incompetence, they pivot to baseless scandals. They want the public enraged at Trump, not asking why their grocery bills are 40% higher, why fentanyl is killing tens of thousands, or why antisemitism and racial division are exploding under their watch.
Let’s be clear—Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes were monstrous. The victims deserve justice. But the people who buried that justice were not Donald Trump. It was the entrenched bipartisan elite—the very people terrified of Trump’s efforts to drain the swamp—who let Epstein skate by for years. That’s not a theory. That’s a historical fact.
Trump didn’t associate with Epstein the way others did. He banned him from Mar-a-Lago after learning Epstein was inappropriate with a young girl. And when President, he ordered the DOJ to push for unsealing the truth. The same cannot be said for Clinton, Obama, or Biden.
The Epstein distraction is not about justice. It’s about deflection. The left is trying to con the American people into ignoring the real issues—issues they not only failed to fix, but made worse on steroids. They want voters to obsess over a ghost story instead of the present reality they helped create.
President Trump is not running from the truth. He’s demanding it. And that’s exactly why they’re so desperate to silence him.
Let the facts—not the fear-mongering—decide where justice lies.

I implore Rep. Eric Burlison to pay attention to the facts, rather than allowing himself to be manipulated by the radical left’s deceptive narratives, and promoting their conspiracy repeatedly on social media. Instead of chasing baseless accusations fueled by political opportunism, I urge you to stand with President Donald J. Trump and work alongside The White House administration to expose the real truth—for the sake of the girls who were truly victimized by Epstein and his powerful network. Don’t let the Democrats exploit your genuine desire to seek justice as a means to do the very opposite—undermining the America First movement, sabotaging conservative values, and unraveling everything that your constituents fought for when they elected President Trump and entrusted you to represent them in Congress.
