Another reason to vote No on Amendment 3…

KEEP CRT OUT OF SCHOOLS

It creates a Constitutional “Chief Equity Officer” mandated to create “public
education programming” – ie, creating a Constitutional mandate using the government of the
State of Missouri to produce Critical Race Theory indoctrination. Worse, Amendment 3
explicitly prevents the Governor or any “elected official” from providing oversight for this
position. If this passes, the leftist teachers unions will be able to point to this Constitutional
mandate to justify the continued deployment of CRT in our public schools.

WHAT DOES AMENDMENT 3 DO?

  1. Implementation of Chinese Communist Style Social Credit Scores.
  2. Creates a new Constitutional Office in Missouri to Propagandize Marijuana Licensing Scam.
  3. Elevates “Defund the Police” Campaign Affiliates and Woke Pot Industry Players.
  4. Creates DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) requirements for business ownership, thereby creating left-wing discrimination enforcement officers.
  5. Creates an unelected bureaucrat “Chief Equity Officer” to govern businesses, who doesn’t answer to anyone, and cannot be fired by elected State Legislators or the Governor.
  6. They hope to expand these policies from the marijuana industry to other industries in Missouri!
  7. Put’s an additional strain on our law enforcement officers who are already underfunded and understaffed, making our streets, our cities, and our state more dangerous.

It is opposed by doctors, lawyers, businesses, the Police, Missouri Sheriffs, educators, and many more.
